I received my masters license in 1976 and in 1977, myself and Donald Pentico embarked as Aggressive company/partners. I was 50% owner beginning with 4 employees and we grew rapidly up until the oil embargo era. We Grew to over 50 employees within 4 years. My Position was complete operations manager, business strategist, and supervisor of all projects and employees. I oversaw all bids, contracts, Installations of construction phases, plumbing, piping and mechanical contracting business. Scope of work breakdown consisted of 40% single and multiple family construction, with 60% plan and spec/design build commercial and industrial construction with mechanical contracting. Duties included all Industrial, commercial, and residential estimating, bidding, contract writing, and design, along with submittals, project purchasing, project scheduling, and project manager of all projects.
MIDWEST PLUMBING – Lincoln, Nebraska 1973 –
1977
We Provided personal maintenance and also where I earned Master Plumbers License (National Plumbing Code) in 1976. We provided extensive work in Physical plant maintenance, including all plumbing, heating, including Steam, chilled water, all hydronics and all associated piping including pneumatic controls, in large Commercial Buildings throughout Lincoln. I performed all Estimating, Project oversight construction management, and all purchasing/installation oversight through to project completion. UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA – Lincoln, Nebraska 1972 –

We provided preventive maintenance, loss prevention, safety, general maintenance and emergency maintenance and repair of all phases of Construction, plumbing, plumbing systems, heating, and mechanical systems for UNL city and UNL east campuses. Provided installation and maintenance of steam, hot water and chilled water HVAC systems throughout the entire campus with high focus on each individual building and the buildings physical plant and their associated maintenance issues, with steam and chilled water delivery to each and every building from one large central physical plant, per each campus.
