Assist the USSS in managing numerous telecommunications wired circuits, radio antenna sites; data circuits, radio circuits and mobile/wireless services for which they are billed on a monthly basis; assist on government representatives with maintaining invoices from the point of receipt until the invoice is fully processed which includes verification that the services are for USSS, no information has been duplicated/compromised, correction of billing errors/disputes, updating various billing data bases, and ensuring that temporary telecommunications services are disconnected in a timely manner and properly maintaining all data in financial management data bases; establishing an electronic library database for 260+ customer files for satellites for the United States Secret Service-Information Resource Management Division for customer/vendor access around the world.
