Maintain, monitor, and update reports for leased antenna sites, changes in equipment, and notify USSS management of upcoming expiration dates for lease agreements. Perform bench checks for radios and ancillary systems using standard checks and mock-ups to determine functionality; properly document USSS asset identification numbers, repairs, installation and vehicle information into the RCB database; verify customer requests, assess customer requirements, correctly perform requested action and rectify issues/concerns; ensure customer satisfaction of repair or leasing and billing to be certified by branch Chief. Also as an antenna site administrator, provide daily liaison between the USSS and vendors regarding billing issues; maintain databases/folders for individual sites to include costs, license, and contract information; complete and print letter documentation as required in regards to billing, site leases, and information pertaining to sites. Assist the USSS in managing numerous telecommunications wired circuits, radio antenna sites; data circuits, radio circuits and mobile/wireless services for which they are billed on a monthly basis; assist on government representatives with maintaining invoices from the point of receipt until the invoice is fully processed which includes verification that the services are for USSS, no information has been duplicated/compromised, correction of billing errors/disputes, updating various billing data bases, and ensuring that temporary telecommunications services are disconnected in a timely manner and properly maintaining all data in financial management data bases; establishing an electronic library database for 260+ customer files for satellites for the United States Secret Service-Information Resource Management Division for customer/vendor access around the world.
