BSNL: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has a countrywide presence with over 55 million wireline and wireless telephone subscribers and offers a host of other services like Data Communication, National & International Long Distance,etc. The ultimate aim of BSNL is to implement the CDR based Billing and Customer Care solution throughout India with four zones and four data centers providing a flexible system to overcome the limitations of the existing meter based system.

Project involved development of the telecom OSS application in SAP CRM 6.0 (2007),SAP WEB UI 6.0, SAP EP 6.0, & SAP BI 3.0. SAP CRM system interacted with IRB Billing, Clarity and Payment Management System, SAP BI, SAP ECC and SAP EP through EAI Integration layer.

Responsibilities:
