Summary:

The Senior Circle Advisor leads and grows a Senior Circle chapter that promotes health, wellness and lifestyle opportunities for adults age 50 and better, and at the same time, positions the hospital and its affiliated physicians as healthcare providers of choice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop an annual plan (recruitment & retention & key service line promotion) and budget.

* Meet or exceed annual total active membership goal (recruitment and retention.)

* Plan, organize, and implement communications and activities to generate and sustain membership, participation and retention; to support hospital business and marketing goals; and to increase positive PR for the hospital.

* Design & implement activities that meet Senior Circle Association (SCA) standards, support the hospital's business plan, and are personalized to local members' preferences. Minimum requirements:

(2) health/wellness talks monthly (majority featuring physicians)

(1) exercise/fitness activity weekly

(3) non-exercise activities weekly

* Bi-monthly new member orientation

* Monthly member meeting

* Annual anniversary celebration

* Publish & mail a Quarterly Circle News newsletter with a 3-month calendar of events.

* Mail Senior Circle membership cards and Senior Circle membership handbook

* Negotiate, manage and promote local merchant discount program.

* Ensure standard in-hospital benefits are provided consistently to members.
