1Up gradation & commissioning of 900 & 1800 GSM BTS sites for maintaining better network performance.
2Looking after all the Service affecting faults such as diversity, TRX fault, VSWR etc. of all sites & TCSM flicking or down.
3TRX addition & activation.
4Coordinating with the field technicians and Engineers to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS sites and Installation teams.
5Responsible for operation and maintenance of Ericsson transmission equipment like MW.
6Responsible for network expansions, new sites rollout and commissioning of new transmission nodes.
7Responsible for HOP up gradation from MINILINK PDH (16X2) to Traffic Node, from Traffic Node to HICAP.
8Responsible for migration of the cell sites from one BSC to another BSC.
9Responsible for the movements of spare materials and SRN of faulty materials from field to R&R centre.
10Responsible for the cost of the zone like vehicle cost, ASP cost etc.
11Responsible for the rectification of CF faults and TRX blocking on daily reports.
12Preventive Maintenance of BTS cell sites, backbone sites BSC sites as per schedule.
13Trouble Ticket Management-closing and acknowledgement within SLA.
14End Customer visits for technical solutions.
15Inspection of Quality & sorting out Punch Points of new GSM cell sites
1. Worked with Emerson Networks Power (I) Pvt Ltd as Supervisor for Vodafone and TATA Project of U.P EAST from June 2005 to Aug 2008 under Mafoi.
2. Worked with EIL as BSS Engineer from 22th August 2009 to 20th Jan 20011 under Leaseforcee.
