Overseeing budget, schedule and review estimates for bid. Projects

included all phases of work from clearing, excavation and embankment,

drainage, and bridges through base work and completion. Manage

as many as 15 different subcontractor's per project and 200 company

employees at one time over a 4 state region.

1. Long and short bridges from 4000 ft to 2 span county bridges.

2. Marine as well as land bridges.

3. segmental and post tension beam bridges.

4. Deep water cofferdams and drilled shaft foundations.

5. Maintain safety standards.

6. Pile driving.

7. Bascule bridges

Superintendent $ 42M olive Branch Ms. Project consisted of 5 miles of roadway

1996 to 2000 and 5 bridges with steel and concrete girders .

Superintendent Two projects totaling 38M over intercostal waterway. Project used

1990-1996 Bulb Tee concrete, steel and Post tension girders for 3 spans. Both jobs

involved using barges and demolition of old bridges which was carried

out and dumped for artifical reef.

Superintendent 24M Alalachicola, Fl. project. 3 mile bridge all over water consisting of pile

1988 to 1990 driving, setting girders and pouring decks. Removal of 3 miles of old bridge and

placed in a fishing reef offshore.

$8M Pensacola emergency repair job; replaced 400 ft. steel span and substructure

in 120 days.

1970 to 1988 Started as a laborer and over time became job superintendent of large highway and

heavy/bridge construction projects.

Experiencing the highway/bridge business from the ground up gives me a keen
