In-Line Blending of Lube oil to provide a consistent and optional

feedstock for refinery operation. Recording of crude distillation

quality through distillation unit and other downstream units.

Record and graphs for each Base stock component stream, formulation

of ingredients ratio, pump records and discharged final product.

Risk aversion of contamination and its measurement in lube oil

blender to bring its closely related family or complete separate

one. Measurement of base stocks and additives / ingredients in

blender. Measurement of wet component and additives in Iinline-

Lube-Oil Dehydrator. MNR application for Component measurement as

API Gravity and density, Water content, True boiling point (C1 to

700 ), Viscosity, pour point, sulfur. Categorizing of 431

formulation grade and keep track of their detail records with their

chemical compositions for each blended product. Storage

categorization with their records. Transportation details system

for the blended product as well as base stocks / additives.

Inventory management system with proper demand and supply.

BLENDING Automobile gasoline Systems : Recording system for

distillation range, resin content, incubation period sulfur,

corrosion, acid PH and mechanical impurities, virgin gasoline, FCC

gasoline, Hydro cracking gasoline and alkaline. Reforming process

recorded reads other anti-knock agent, phenols, amine antioxidant

etc. Recording system for butane and resultant gasoline's BP,

vapor pressure and distillation temp.

Description:

The objective of this system was to calculate the depreciation of

each aircraft as well as s its valuable assets. The repairing

system keep track record for various Components and its parts

based on models, families of aircraft engine and entire process

concern to each repair with compliance of US aviation authority

approval. The system also include the actual procedure conducted,

repair cost estimation, life of that repairable part, its

depreciation cost, No. of visits for repairing the same part.

Based on these records, it estimates the business growth for

coming 12 years of this business. It has business logic for these

calculations.

for pricing purposes. The majority of PHCS customers receives and

uses data output from CAS and price claims utilizing one of these

vendors for directory printing and referral purposes. The

increasingly competitive nature of the facility contracting

environment and escalating customer demands for improved data
