I am having a total experience of 8+ years in IT domain.

Currently I am working with IBM ISL EMM team as a Staff Software Engineer.

My prime responsibility includes execution of complete product test life

cycle. I have independently handled IBM EMM Contact Optimization product

for one release. My role is that of Individual contributor as well as that

of a lead handling team. I am also involved with defining new QA metrics

w.r.t Product release, estimate QA efforts, planning & optimizing needful

stacks to qualify the product.

Project Overview:

Inc. is an American upscale fashion retailer, founded by John W. Nordstrom

and Carl F. Wallin and headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The company

began as a shoe retailer, and has since expanded their inventory to include

clothing, accessories, handbags, jewelry, cosmetics, and fragrances. There

are 231 stores operating in 31 states, which includes 117 Full-Line stores

and 110 Nordstrom Racks.[5] Nationally, Nordstrom competes with luxury

retailers Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth

Avenue.

Nordstrom uses Campaign and Optimize for creating list of contacts and

Offer management. We have helped them in Upgrading from 7.2.2 version to

8.6 version and also helped them in implementing there usecase

Project Overview:

Optimize has been designed for doing Contact Optimization over multiple

campaign, applying Business rules and constraints, calculating the

Optimized list of contact. It also includes extracting the Optimized list

of contact. This features undergo new development with a new set of

requirements which needs to be tested in every release (2 releases in a

year)

In IBM Campaign, you create a flowchart to select your proposed contacts

(which serves as a input for Optimize). Then Create Optimize Session which

takes the constraints and business rules you create, contact history, any

other necessary data from your customer data, and apply it all to your

proposed contacts via an optimization algorithm. The Optimize session

returns an optimized list of contacts to Campaign. User can then Extract

this optimized list in a flowchart that uses a contact processes. Contact

processes control the actual execution of completed campaigns, which

includes the management and output of contact lists, the treatment of

target audiences, and the logging of data.

patient care as rapidly as possible.

3. Cider has a Graphical User Interface to Query these data in clinical

research. CIDER eliminated the need for complex programming required

to identify patient cohorts matching study criteria and to view and

download relevant clinical variables from these groups.

approve different reporting template depending on available privilege.

User can launch legacy application from Desktop. User can customize

his/her menu.

installed on the machine. The sample collector just needs to open the web

browser and logon the sample.
