equipment and medical supplies by Agfa, Oncovision, Edda Technology, and
IIQ- imaging software; also attending oncology surgeons in Florida, Puerto

. Launched new technology in radio guided surgery made by Oncovision
oriented to Nuclear Medicine and Oncologic surgery.( intraoperative

and Denmark. TCEXPORTS Inc. - Gym equipment for commercial and home use.
. Selected and fortified channels of distribution among existing and
previous clients. Implemented product awareness through webinars and
life workshops.
. Create and implement strategies to increase loyalty to the new brands
marketed under its label.
. Major presence in Government and private bids in specific countries in
Latin America.
Also provided consultant services for ex-distributors from Colombia, Peru,

RADIANCY Ltd.: An Israeli manufacturer of IPL(Intense Pulse Light) and
Laser devices for the medical and aesthetic treatment of skin conditions,
such as hair removal, rejuvenation, acne, psoriasis, photo damage, tattoos
and pigmented lesions.
. Managed the existing distribution network, and increased by 30 % the
number of specialized distributors in Latin America.
. Introduced Laser technology to distributor's sales force by training
them in the use of the equipment, and teaching them marketing
strategies on how to identify potential customers.
. Prepared annual marketing plan, budget, and sales strategies for
products. Organized activities (Laser, IPL workshops, web seminars)
with the new technology, promoting product awareness
2000 - 2005 - Latin American Sales Manager
LATINMED Inc: A sales & master distributor which represented Latin
American countries and high-tech laser manufactures on exclusive basis;
mainly on the Dental, Aesthetics, and Ophthalmology fields.
Identified and appointed dental distributors and provided technical
support for companies in most Latin American countries by encouraging them
to represent the end point technology, such as Fotona, DMC: lasers,
Cygnus: X Ray Digital units, Florida Probe Corp, and others who provided
unique computerized periodontal devices.
. Directed operations in several Latin-Americans countries to become
pioneers in the use of aestheticl lasers; this gave Latinmed the highest
quantity of units sold and helped become the sales leader in its region.
. Conducted product training to distributors sales force, organized
international workshop and educational conferences for potential end user
either by region or by specific country.
. Successfully secured payments from distributors and end users by
monitoring their practices and giving marketing and commercial advice at
every laser dental practice, so they could become financially strong in a

prestigious manufacturing firms in the Laboratory and Medical equipment in
Ecuador.

for market penetration region-by-region and line-by-line of products.
. Developed negotiations and sales promotions with suppliers Awareness
Technology, BD, Brinkmann, VWR Scientific Products, lab firms
established in Ecuador as Roche and Merck. We became their first agent
distributor and sales achievers, total sales about US 1'000,000 in just
two years.

over 30 well known and reputable U.S and European medical equipment

International Inc is headquartered in Miami but I was directly involved to
open the offices in Mexico, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Chile, Argentina,
Colombia and Brazil.
. Conceived and implemented a business plan for expansion into the Andean
countries that generated increases in export sales at a rate of 40% per
year. Awarded several years as salesman of the year.
. Established personal contacts with senior healthcare providers such as
Health Ministers and government senior staff who manage the Social
Security offices in Latin America.
. Product training to sales force conducted under my supervision (12);
organized several dealer seminars, pioneered International Seminars for
distributor sales force, sales were increased 60% in a 3 year period up
