Currently I am responsible for all weld and assembly operational requirements. Support
corporate officers and staff with outside vendor objectives relating to incoming supply
parts. Report to Plant Manager.
Ensure all production processes are conforming to quality standards and are compliant
to with safety standards. Responsible for employee morale and disciplinary
requirements. Provide feedback and data on supplier quality for incoming e -coat and
plated parts to Plant Manager and Quality manager. Prepare and present bi-monthly
results to corporate directors and review plant performance. Direct staff members on
production schedules to to ensure customer demands are met. Work closely with
production engineering and design engineering on all process or part issues in
production processes. Investigate all production deficiencies and process downtime
issues and find resolution, as necessary. Additional responsibilities related to production
management roles and responsibilities as assigned by plant manager or corporate

Responsible for 375+ hourly associates over 3-shifts of production. Responsible for the
direction and development of 5- department managers and 27- leadership members (
Coordinators and Team leaders ). Reported to Senior Vice President.
Overall responsibility for manufacturing attainment schedules of manual and power
seating devices. Ensured all areas performed to manufacturing standards and safety
standards per policy. Review of of daily requirements with department managers and
ensured quality of production per company ISO standaeds. Reviewed and and
established monthly manpower requirements as necessary based on customer
requirements. Monitored productivity values and established improvement plans based
on results and data. Planned and prepared department readiness for new model
production activities. Maintained labor costs and overtime controls. Ensure d budget
targets were being met per company business plans for each department. Prepared and
submitted performance evaluations for managers, leadership and production support
staff members. Resolved associate conflicts and administered progressive discipline as

At Rohr Mfg. Division I was responsible to oversee all operations of the facility. This
included all departments met customer requirements, facility was in compliance with all
governmental and safety requirements, ensure quality system was maintained
I began my career with Jay Industries in the material services department. In 1990 I was
promoted Lab Technician and was responsible to maintain all plating and pre -plating
operational parameters. In 1992 I was promoted to 3rd shift plating supervisor and was
responsible for all 3rd shift plating operations and personnel. In 1995 I was promoted
2nd shift production supervisor at Kronis Coatings Division and was responsible fo r all
2nd shift powder coating and pre-treatment operations. I was also assigned additional
responsibility for the chemical pre-treatment and powder coating materials. In 2000 I
was promoted to production manager of Rohr Mfg. division. This position required the
responsibility of ensuring customer requirements for steel tubing orders, orders of steel
coil processing in to tubing, scheduling of the tube mill operations and tubing cut off
machines for cut-to-length tubing and maintaining the inventory of the materials. Also in
2000 I was promoted to Division Manager of Rohr Mfg. Division which is detailed above.
