employee training and customer service both internal and external.

downloading route in order of delivery into hand held computer(Psion) and generating

reports and billing from the information entered. Another duty I had was to increase

circulation by finding starting new outlets to distribute papers as well as handle any

issues that arose internally, with my contractors, my next level management, business

owners, and /or municipalities and their codes on how to do business in their area.
