Managed the building of many subdivisions starting from the building of the pads to the

installation of the underground (sewer/storm/water/J/T), curb gutter and streets to the

building of the models and production all the way to City Council acceptance of the tracts.

Present

Managed the subcontractors for large scale remodels and new construction for single family

homes. Built schedules,ensured quality, answered questions, meet with homeowners, City,

County and private Inspectors also. I also meet with Structural Engineers and Architects.

Sold roofs to homeowners that mostly had hail damage. Job included measuring the roofs,

giving homeowners a bid on the roof, ordering the roof along with all of the accessories,

lining out my crew to do the work and collecting the money for the job. We were doing at

least one roof a day through the season.

Managed the Land Development on three tracks in the East Bay. Tralee in Dublin is a

podium (basement for parking) style condominiums and townhomes. Managed the cuts and

fills for the pads, basement, streets also the underground construction, offsite improvements,

surveyor staking requests, paving, energization by PG&E, SWPPP maps and

implementation. Also did the Land Development for Silvera in Dublin which were townhomes

and the Land Development for Palmilla in Brentwood. Palmilla was a 547 home tract with 4

parks and offsite improvements as well. At Palmilla I built and opened up the models and

built the production homes as well.

and implementation and all communication to Civil Engineer as well as all staking requests.
