Current working as Project Manager with ABB Low voltage Systems Limited, Bangalore, India.

8 years of experience as Senior Project Engineer in ETA-PCS Switchgear Manufacturing LLC,Dubai

in Manufacturing of Low Voltage Switchgear from July 2003 to May 2011.

1.5 years of experience in Maintenance of 5MW Bio - Mass Power Plant as Maintenance Engineer

in SLS Power plant, India from Aug 2001 to Dec 2002

Key Responsibilities in ETA-PCS, Dubai ( July 2003 to May 2011)

Primarily responsible for the overall Execution of various Projects with local utilities like

DEWA / ADWEA and also with private clients involving substations, Palaces, Hotels, High rise

towers, Villas etc.

Involving in technical meetings with Clients & consultants throughout the lifecycle of the

project.

Involvement in design review meetings to ensure that all the Information is properly taken

care in the design of the switchboards and also to ensure that local authorities' regulations

and specification requirements are met.

Attending various internal project review meetings & management review meetings to monitor the

status of various projects.

Applying Balanced score card & SAP (PS module) to enhance and improve the various internal

processes for the smooth execution of projects.

Submission of Technical submittals & Drawings as per the standards for approvals.

Preparing of Project Schedule inline with client requirements.

Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

Respond to technical queries and comments from the client in timely manner to ensure minimum

impact on the project delivery schedule.

Timely follow up for approvals with client in order to meet the project deadline.

Co-ordinating with Planning & production departments for the Manufacturing & delivery of

Switchboards.

Follow up with QA & Testing departments to ensure that the switchboards are ready for Factory

Inspections as per the schedule.

Involving in Client Inspections at Factory and ensuring the comments are taken care before

delivery of switchboards.

Timely follow up of payments from clients.

Ensuring complete after sales support at site after the delivery of switchboards.

Responsible for the overall Execution of LT projects with clients like GSPC, ONGC, SAIL, &

TATA STEEL LIMITED.
