1) CompNAV & MyCompNav: - This is a worldwide decision support tool

designed to assist Line Managers and Human Resource staff with compensation

planning. In particular, this includes support for the year-end

compensation planning cycle. The cycle formally begins in November and

finishes in February with the issuance of bonuses and other forms of year-

end compensation. However, a great deal of work is done in CompNAV before

and after the planning cycle dates. CompNAV expedites the planning process

by significantly reducing paperwork, providing Line Managers with

sufficient information to make good compensation decisions and facilitating

rapid review and approval. CompNAV accesses information from a real-time,

common database. There is no importing and exporting of data and no data

files to send to supervisors or HR/Compensation departments. For US

operations, employee data remains "current" during the planning process and

is updated for new hires and terminations.

Responsibilities:- My responsibilities for this module includes :-

gXRS process finds these files they are processed and loaded or rejected

depending on the validity of the files.

The Contact Management System (CMS) is a custom Oracle/Unix relational

database application developed for the State of Michigan Department of

Civil Rights. Its primary purpose is to record and store information

documenting contacts from individuals and organizations regarding civil

rights concerns and related requests for service. Service options covered

include Complaint Issue processing, Community Outreach, Education, Contract

Compliance and requests for Information. In addition to data keyed into

the application, the system also provides the means to store and retrieve

output documents generated by Oracle forms and reports modules in the

application, to send emails with document attachments, and to upload and

store externally created and/or scanned documents. The application also

includes functionality to track business process workflow, to enter notes

reflecting actions taken concerning specific requests for service, to

readily export data to Excel and other applications, and to document chain-

of-custody of contacts as they are moved from one user to another. CMS

for management decision support and to satisfy requests for information

from the state legislature and other government entities and from news
