Improved program change control by streamlining the WRF process by 66%. Using 6-sigma

Led call center (CTI) feasibility, development, and implementation projects for

cable, telecommunications, distribution/retail, and health care clients. Served as

project manager, business analyst (requirements definition and financial modeling),

process improvement analyst, and team lead for implementation initiatives.

Key Contributions & Achievements:

Designed and implemented a financial model which demonstrated a 300% return on

proposed $80M project to implement a call center to support a 350 warehouse MRO

company. Defined and coordinated nation-wide survey of 25 facilities which included

interviews and time study of all operations, then applied technology solution and

cost savings to complete model development.

Developed a functional call center for a cable company in 18 weeks with a $185K

budget, based on Client/Server model using object oriented design. Responsible for

implementing the vision of Marketing Manager and defining detail requirements.

Supported completion of a nurse out-patient care call center for a major health

model with a "game like" GUI.

reactor. Defined detail requirements by establishing program objectives, and process

workflows for security, health, training, certification, and work/nuclear/military
