As the IT Manager of the various systems in Warner Music Group, established and documented

procedures for the WMG IT policies and standards for multi-platform groups for project

deployment and production and warranty, vendor management, procurement and production

support primarily the Infrastructure supporting the Financials, Digital Media, Royalties applications
