• Systems Engineering: project management support on the SSES Omnibus contract at the Office of the
Comptroller the Currency. As well as many other software development project for customers including EPA,
Sprint, MCI, HUD, Accenture, PWC and many other industry leaders
• ERP projects: For the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Contact, lead the effort to design
and verify the CRM and Knowledge Management Tool used by HUD’s Management Center.
• Client Management: Providing direct support at all level within an organization. While at OCC, Accenture, HUD
and DFAS worked directly with senior management.
• Custom Software Developments: Provided project management for many large and small customers which

Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church (CPBBC) Mar 2013 – Dec 2013
Comprehensive Analysis: Developed a comprehensive analysis of all facets of the proposed website redesign,
which outlines any alterations or improvements.
Cost Analysis: Delivered a cost analysis including options and phases associated with the implementation of the
website redesign necessary to achieve CPBBC’s goals.
Quality Measures (Factors for Award): Specific the evaluation criteria to be used by the CPBBC’s Technical
Evaluation Panel.
Technical Assistance: Created the statement of work, planned the pre-proposal conference and provided technical
answers to questions from contractors. In addition, I assisted CPBBC’s personnel evaluate proposals and debrief
contractors.
Quality Control Plan: Established and maintain a complete quality control (QC) plan to ensure the requirements of
