. Develop, implement and manage a federal grant funded program designed

to address the rehabilitative and social service needs of incarcerated

individuals reintegrating to the community at large.

. Create a comprehensive continuum of care among Criminal Justice

partners, Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Housing and Employment

providers and other social service agencies

. Successfully advocated for, execute and supervise the first and only

jail based therapeutic community in Fulton County

. Prepare and administer a 1.5 million dollar budget including

monitoring expenditures and determining resource allocations

. Oversee all program administrative operations, including human

resources, accounting, budget, contract compliance, grants,

procurement and payroll

. Hire and manage assigned staff, including establishing workloads,

prioritizing work assignments, resolving staff issues

. Responsible for all reporting and evaluation compliance to the

Department of Justice

. Create standard operating procedures for program management, client

selection and case management

. Establish collaborative partnerships with community based service

providers

. Monitor service delivery and contract compliance of vendors and

providers

. Advocate for formerly incarcerated persons to facilitate their

successful transition to the community.
