. Develop, implement and manage a federal grant funded program designed

to address the rehabilitative and social service needs of incarcerated

individuals reintegrating to the community at large.

partners, Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Housing and Employment

providers and other social service agencies

jail based therapeutic community in Fulton County
