metallographic evaluation test and bend test according to ASTM

all testing in laboratory.

Check and testing the quality of all powder used for thermal

spray coating to meet the standard as per technical bulletin.

Preparation and documentation of thermal spray process

specification for all powder materials.

Documentation of work and preparations of reports to verify the

customers.

Check and update calibration and maintainance of all equipments

in laboratory.

Testing and analysis the result of microstructure, hardness &

yield strength of spray and fuse thermal spray coating on low

alloy steel.

Finding and analysis the root cause of coating defects such as

crack, porosity of coating.

Clarifications of all thermal spray system (HVOF, PLASMA, ARC &

WIRE) every three month.

Qualification test of thermal spray coating and plasma transfer

arc overlay cladding for National Oil well, Halliburton jobs as

per their engineering specification.

and quality test according to NACE and ASTM standard.
