Project managed up to 4 jobs at once. Jobs consist of gas stations,

convenience stores, UNCC football stadium, Hospitals, Restaurants,

Multi-Family, DOT Road Widenings. Not only did I bid and win jobs I also

project managed them on time and within budget. Approved all billing for the

engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors assuring jobs are built within

Estimated and Project Managed commercial, residential, and civil projects,

including the contracts, permits, bonds, safety, hiring, billing, and

oversight of subcontractors, supervisors, and workers. Involved in the

construction process from the bidding stage through final construction,

making sure that the projects are completed on time and within budget working

with owners, engineers, and architects. Estimated, supervised and tracked

projects keeping up with the production of all crews for buildings, grading,

excavation, asphalt paving, underground utilities, concrete, abc stone and

equipment making sure the highest quality and most productive efficiency is

achieved.

Arvy construction -Estimator/Project Manager, 8/01 to 1/11(Salary

$1275/week)

Provided estimating, project management, field engineering, scheduling, and

managed tasks on a diverse range of commercial building construction,

demolition, heavy highway projects with major traffic control and multiple

phases. Also airport runways, hangers, taxiways, ect... (budgets ranging from

$50K to $100M). Analyzed all construction into logical steps with strict
