GPS Training Coordinator

• Organized and maintained the People Managers Training Calendar, as well as the Eng EDU

calendar, which includes 18 Level 6/7 programs and 18 Eng programs across North America and

EMEA. These programs are attended by thousands of Directors, Managers and Engineers globally.

Provide logistics consisting of booking over 30 training rooms, scheduling over 20

facilitators/vendors and maintain attendance records for more than 500 Googlers.

• Processed over 300 training requests for coordination between Q4 and Q1 while staying within the

timeframe of departments SLA’s.

• Decreased 20% of customer’s bandwidth by using a simple trix system to search for available

facilitators to host upcoming training sessions. This time saving effort allowed our customers more

time to focus on improving the leaning programs they offer.

• Project Lead for a revised Course Coordination Site which host comprehensive information

pertaining to the Learning Programs and Eng EDU programs GPS manages. Worked with internal

GPS team members as well as GLS members to ensure all programs have detailed documentation

on how to coordinate each program. The upgrades created the ability for new team members as

well as more than 20 current Coordinators to on-board and learn their programs quickly and

coordinate them efficiently.

• Improved processes, including identification of problems and opportunities for enhancement of

process parameters (quality, error rates, turn-around time, and customer satisfaction, etc.).

Identified an error that was made when reports were pulled to determine which Googlers were not in

compliance of taking the program “Managing Within the Law”. The error caused almost 200

erroneous emails sent to staff that was in fact in compliance. Improved the process of pulling the

data by changing the search criteria that should be used to generate the report. Took over

responsibility of managing the feedback form Googlers fill out to determine whether or not a person

is in compliance.

• Identified and provided feedback regarding improved communication through gLearn Nudge email

reminders. The feedback given promoted the creation of new verbiage in the gLearn email

templates, which now thoroughly explains gLearn’s Cancellation Policy. The improved verbiage has

decreased the number of emails sent to Coordinators regarding unenrolling participants and

managing the waitlist for sessions by 10%.

INTEGRATED DEVICE TECHNOLOGY

Marketing Assistant Nov. 2010 – Feb. 2012

• Coordinated travel arrangements for the VP of Corporate Marketing, VP of Analog Device and VP of

Technology, as well as more than 500 Engineers, attending 15 North America and 3 Southeast Asia

trade shows and events. These trade shows and events included CES in Las Vegas, FAE

Conference in Colorado, Technical Leadership Forum in San Jose and many more.

• Prepared quarterly expense reports totaling $80,000.00+ for the MarCom Manager. Paid invoices

and initiated PO’s ensuring all documents were processed within 72 hours.

• Created and implemented spread sheet reports for the purpose of tracking administrative task to

include; venue research/booking, booth registration, budgets, timelines, vendor management,

material preparation, audio-visual and catering. This system allowed decreased the bandwidth of

the MarCom Manager, Creative Director and Public Relations Manager by 40%. This in return gave

them the ability to spend more time meeting clients and generating more exposure for the company,

which helped lead the company to going Public.

HR Coordinator July 2010 – Nov. 2010

• Planned and organized the logistics of 10 training programs to include; webinars, new hire

orientation and internal staff training. These programs provided training and development

opportunities for more than 300 Engineers and other individual contributors globally.

• Assisted with the On-Boarding process including I-9 maintenance, creating Welcome Packets for

more than 300 new employees.

• Used SAP to help maintain employee training records. A traking systems was created to help

determine when Compliance classes were needed for over 3000 employees.

• Managed the logistics for more than 300 different Public classes. The management of logistics

included ordering/printing training materials, booking facilitators, registering 50+ students per class,

direct billing for attendance payments, ordering catering, room setup, introduction of facilitators and

follow up emails to the participants.

• Created monthly marketing campaigns using ConstantContact. The emails consisted of informative

newsletters and “tips and tricks” emails; reached over 2500 students within the company’s database.

• Developed and facilitated more than 300 onsite training sessions, webinars, 1:1 trainings and

classroom style sessions for Los Angeles County and all of Northern California. The topics of the

training classes included: Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and various company related programs that

allowed our customers the opportunity to target new leads.

• Provided consultation to staff regarding training needs and staff development. Development

included new marketing techniques for the Sales Reps to generate new clients (e.g. DVD creation of

Sales Reps 30 second commercials to pitch themselves to new clients as opposed to an older

marketing tactic of using flyers and posters.)

• Provided over the phone technical support once a week. More than 50 calls a day were answered to

help our clients with their technical questions regarding software programs.

CLAW MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE May 2002 - Dec 2004

Compliance Coordinator

• Performed daily audits of database to determine what members of the company were not in

compliance with company rules and regulations. The database consisted of over 1,000 property

listings entered by Real Estate Agents. Created a new process using Excel to help track violators

and used a new mail merge letter system to send out over 1.500 violation notices yearly.

• Coordinated monthly department meetings, which included over ten Board of Directors and hundreds

of company members. The meetings gave members the opportunity to contest their violation notice.
