design, architecture and implementation of case management, content and records management solutions.

P ERSONAL PROFILE

I have worked with FileNet, IBM heritage ECM products and associated technologies on a number of

notable ECM and case management projects in both the private and public sectors.

In New Zealand I have worked for AMP, Aon, AXA, NZQA, Arrow, Westpac, NZTA, Ministry of Education

and Ministry of Health implementing IBM FileNet related technologies. I have recently completed a major

implementation for IBM Case Manager Solution at Ministry of Health with IBM Case Manager v5.1.

I began my IT career as a software developer in Egypt, following graduation. Four years later I moved to the

Middle East taking up FileNet consulting positions on projects for Saudi telcos and other government

agencies. Certus offered me a FileNet Senior Consultant position in New Zealand in 2007.

I am IBM FileNet certified to the highest level, Product Technical Support, in both content management and

business process management. I am also trained directly with IBM, becoming one of only a handful of

FileNet P8 4.0,4.5 and 5.0 certified installers in Australasia

Achievements

• Commended for work on new Zealand Transport Agency EDRMS Migration project, which included

migrating 1,700,000+ documents from Objective EDRMS system into IBM Document Manager by CIO.

• Commended for work on Ministry of Education FileNet project, which included migrating 30,000+

documents from a pilot FileNet environment to new FileNet 5 platform, by CIO.

• Designed and implemented a number of highly visible ECM projects

• Obtained several IBM FileNet Certifications including Content Management, Business Process

Management, DB2 and WebSphere.
