Assistant Superintendent: RCI Builders Thousand Oaks, CA. 2010-Present

General construction projects from ground up to tenant improvements. Work included operation of many small

hand tools and use of some heavy equipment. Worked closely with sub-contractors, project managers and city

building inspectors to ensure owners and architect were satisfied with accomplished punch list and final

inspections. My Position requires me to have strong customer relation skills. (Worked with PSR during a slow

time at RCI Builders.)

Performed concrete, masonry and reinforcement inspections on various projects, worked with office personal on

project bidding and estimating. I also worked in a lab on asphalt and soil samples to learn testing procedures for

different materials.

Project Foreman: Don’s Handyman Service, Simi Valley, CA. 2003-2006

Performed various construction and remodeling projects using many hand tools and equipment while supervising

a crew to complete the project in a professional timely manner.

Education:

10 Hour OSHA Safety Certifications - First Aid Certification - ACI Concrete Testing Technicians

Valid California Driver’s License - Simi Valley High School Graduate
