Lead Analyst/Crystal Reports Developer March 2012 - Present

Working as a consultant for several TrackWise applications in Johnson and Johnson, such as Event

Tracking System (ETS), Change Control, Commitment Tracking System (CTS) and Audit

Management.

• Worked in a Lead analyst role for development project – Audit Management. Created user

requirements, functional requirement, reports functional specification document, writing system test

scripts, report test scripts and executing system and reports test scripts.

• Contributed in writing and reviewing different Validation documents – User and Functional

Requirements, Test protocols (IQ/OQ) for Change Control, and Audit Management.

• Managed all test activities in Quality Center.

• Developed several new reports/update existing reports (using Crystal Report XI and 2008)

for ETS – Batch release detail report, Full detail reports, Audit reports, Change Control Summary report

etc.

• Created different types of Crystal reports including: Cross-tab, Conditional, Drill-

down, Summary, Details and Sub reports.

• Carried out the migration of existing reports from Crystal Reports version XI to Crystal

Lead Analyst/Crystal Reports Developer

Successfully collaborated cross-functionally with business users, site users, and technical lead to gather

requirements and developed approximately 300+ reports in Oracle and Crystal Reports, version XI for

several Quality Management Systems. These were in commercial Pharma business such as Cycle time

reports, Change volume status, CAPA reports, Workload reports for various business processes such as

CAPA, Global Change Management, Deviations Management, Validation Document Tracking, Internal

Audits and Customer Complaints. These reports facilitated efficiency in business processes. Additionally

provided application support responsibilities for TrackWise System.

Analyzed and made Specifications for the development of the reports. Designed and developed

Crystal Reports (main and sub reports) using Queries, Stored Procedures & Views.

Created different types of Crystal reports including: Cross-tab, Conditional, Drill-down, Summary,

Details and Sub reports.

Created reports include formatting options such as Charting, Grouping, Sorting, Parameter prompts.

Carried out the migration of existing reports from Crystal Reports version 8.5 to Crystal Reports

version 9.0 and also from Crystal Reports version 9.0 to Crystal Reports version XI.

Scheduled the reports for delivery via Crystal Enterprise Version 10.

Validations Testing

Duties included conducting testing and validation of software utilizing 21 Code of Federal Regulations

(21CFR, Part II) guidelines. Used corporate standards and templates in writing Test Protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ

Protocols, executing them and writing their respective summary reports.

Crystal Reports Developer/ Business Objects

Developed reports in Oracle and Crystal Reports to track the number of applications submitted to

Prudential either as result of informal inquiry process or a formal application. Quantified number of cases

requesting quote from Prudential of the total cases entering informal inquiry process.

Designed and developed reports using Queries, Stored Procedures & Views.

Created different types of reports including: Cross-tab, Conditional, Drill-down, Summary, Details

Designed and developed universes and reports Using Sybase and Business Objects to generate

Commissions reports for Prudential General Agency and Third Party General Agency to produce amount

of commission earned on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis. Main purpose of system is to generate ad

hoc reports and manage data. Prepared the document for how to retrieve the reports from the repository

and how to run the reports for first time users using Business Objects Report Module and Web

Intelligence tool, also conducted training to some of our developers how to develop complex reports

using Business objects.

Crystal Reports Developer

Developed complex reports for Loan Syndication department using Crystal Reports with Sybase

backend for Commercial Loan Project. The report covers all aspects of the Loan syndication business

from Customers, (Sub) Participants to Deals, Facilities and Outstanding. The information resides in more

than three hundred tables; it requires both understanding of the business concept and in-depth skills of the

SQR language to implement the reports.

Carried out application maintenance as per customer requirements, which involved altering of

Designed and developed Billing and Order Tracking systems using Sybase and Crystal Reports for

AT&T internal clients.

System tracked the information such as billing, promotions and customer status. Loaded data

from flat files to database, and ran programs to generate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports.

Wrote documentation for users on how to select necessary parameters and date frames for different

selections.

SYSTEM HOUSE INC., New York, NY January 1996 – February 1997

Programmer

Developed Accounting and Taxing subsystems using Sybase and People soft SQR, Crystal Reports in

UNIX Environment.

Verified the license information for a given trade and also to compute and generate tax information

for trade. Tested and maintained existing application and created Shell Scripts to run the applications.
