Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (APSC) has determined a need to renew the

existing core desktop software, Microsoft Windows XP Pro and Microsoft

Office 2003, to the current versions, Windows 7 and Office 2010. The

upgrade will include upgrading from IE6 to IE9. The deployment plan will be

designed to address both urban and remote locations where desktop computers

exist within APSC

Roles & Responsibilities

. Accountable for managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Including

the monitoring of day-to-day progress, execution, management and closure

of an individual project within the approved scope, schedule and cost.

Compliance with Company approved methodology and required deliverables.

. Responsible for creation of Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan

and Communication Management Plan documentation and sign-offs.

. Work with vendors to coordinate resources availability, scope definition,

pricing finalization
