The Complete Operations for Resources Evaluation is a tool used to evaluate and monitor the
productivity of BPO call-center agents. This project was targeted to a business-case wherein; the
BPO agent collected payments from customers on behalf of Pidney Bowes.
The CORE system functions by tracking the time spent by the agent to attend a call to service the
customer request. The system is able to capture such metrics by monitoring agent’s user-agents
interactions with CORE application UI and also by the amount of network traffic generated per the
agent’s work-period. The CORE comes embedded with training session tutorials thereby; assisting a
novice agent on How to Get trained using CORE product. The Productivity calculation module can be
customized and used for many such processes in the Business process outsourcing environment.
The product has been developed to run on the Internet Explorer.
