WORK HISTORY

1/2004- 3/2013 University of Missouri Heath Care, Columbia, MO 65212. Senior MRI Technologist; Perform MRI

exams on outpatients and inpatients, act as liaison between administration and/or physicians and staff, help to develop

new or streamline existing protocols, order supplies and materials for the department and help coordinate staff and

patient schedules. Adjunct faculty for University of Missouri and Southern Illinois University radiological science

students.

6/2003-12/2003 Randolph County Medical Center, Pocahontas, AR 72455. Director of Radiology; Perform all

duties of Director, including reports, payroll, employee selection and evaluation, training, work schedules, equipment

purchases, supply ordering, assuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, CPT coding of exams,

implement customer service initiatives and all other duties as assigned by Director of Ancillary Services and/or Chief

Executive Officer. Perform MRI,CT, Radiography and Fluoroscopic exams as needed. Clinical Site Instructor for

Arkansas State University Radiologic Technology Program.

12/2002-4/2003 MRI of Springfield, Springfield, MO 65804. MRI Technologist; Perform outpatient

magnetic resonance imaging exams and perform daily QA and required ACR tests to keep accreditations up to date on

MRI scanners.

7/2002-12/2002 St. Johns Medical Center, Springfield, MO 65804. Manager, MRI Services; Manage day-to-day

operations of MRI departments within the St. John’s Regional Health System, including in house, fixed and mobile

units. Duties included but not limited to; Budgeting, Payroll, Equipment purchases, Employee scheduling, selection

and evaluation, Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee students in the MRI Advanced

Training Program and other duties as assigned by Director of Radiology.Clinical Instructor for St. John’s School of

Radiologic Technology.

11/2000-6/2002 Shared Imaging, Streamwood, IL 60107. MRI/CT Applications Specialist; Traveled from home

office in Arkansas to train technologists to operate and maintain MRI and CT scanners at various facilities across

United States. Assisted in marketing and customer support for MRI and CT scanners.

1/99-11/2000 St. Mary’s Hospital, Rogers, AR 72756. Radiology Manager; manage day to day operations of all

departments of Diagnostic Imaging, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine,

special procedures/cardiac catheterization laboratory, ultrasound and mammography, plus the reception and file areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, payroll, staff education and evaluation, quality control and

assurance, and other duties assigned by the Director, including assuming the duties of the Director in his/her absence.

Clinical Instructor for University of Arkansas’ School of Radiologic Technology Key member of the team designing,

building and implementing radiology component of Cerner hospital computer system.

6/94 - 12/98 North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Harrison, AR 72601. Level III technologist; performed

all aspects of medical imaging to include diagnostic radiology, CT, MRI, angiographic- interventional procedures and

cardiac catheterization. Clinical instructor of MRI for North Arkansas College and MRI instructor for NARMC

technologists.
