Company Profile: The User should be able to create the company profile, Once Company Profile item is created, it is open for editing until it is commented by the created user or by any user having Comment Permission, and once commented the item can not be edited. While creating the company profile, user will have option of attaching multiple documents.

STSC Emails: Based on the Various Samsung STSC Groups, separate document libraries and Custom Lists are created. Every list is configured to the Mail server, so that any email targeted to the STSC Groups, will be uploaded to that specific list. The emails available in the Archive document libraries are routed to the custom list using Share point Object Model and Workflows.

Reports: Every new Announcement, Upcoming Events, Newly Created Company Profile information is sent in the as of Weekly report in the Email to various STSC Groups. If in case any of the member wants to unsubscribe the alerts, it can be done by using the unsubscribe option.

Membership management: the member belonging to various STSC groups are created, edited and deleted in this module. The users created are updated in the STSC’s Active directory and then the users are updated to the respective groups.

User Interface Customization: The Web Application is totally customized according to Samsung’s Requirement using Share point Designer and CSS.
