Greeted incoming guests and answered multi phone line system. Primary duties included acting as liaison

between homeowners and renters conveying requests and concerns to ensure guests comfort. I

structured all cleaning schedules, maintained inventory and was in charge of handling all Verizon issues

including cable, telephone and internet. I built strong relationships with homeowners and was intrumental

in helping them make upgrades to their homes. I designed and distributed information on local activities
