operations.

. Maintain knowledge and understanding of safety laws, regulations, and

compliance/audit requirements as well as develop accountability methods to

help ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

of accidents, injuries, and near

misses, follow up on investigations, and develop safety solutions that

minimize or prevent recurrence.

develop and execute plant safety policies and procedures, and identify and

implement site EH&S targets and track performance against those targets.

. Recommend various measures to help protect workers from potentially

hazardous work methods, processes, and materials. Perform random audits,

submit compliance recommendations, and maintain safety records.

. Provide continuous support for a proactive safety culture through team

leadership, training, and development of results-driven and targeted

safety action plans with recommendations for process/program improvements.
