. Responsible for New product Development/Transfers-product understanding,

material master creation, bill of material creation and routing creation

as per the drawing, preparing the detail SOP for each products, defining

the process sequence of the assemblies for the production requirements

and Line Balancing.

. Responsible for Layout Design- Improving the Flow and Linkage, optimizing

the floor space, no of work stations, Work Force, Material flow and

Storage locations and placements of Machineries and Equipments by

meeting the Compliance of EHS requirements.

. Experience in Line set up& line balancing-setting up of new line as per

project requirements, by following and implementing the best practices

like level loading, and single piece flow.

. Experience in implementation of FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) &

pull systems.

. Responsible for Tools and fixture managements -Organizing and maintaining

100% availability as per the product requirements and deciding and

ensuring Spares for the critical tools and fixtures.

. Coordinator for Configuration control board-responsible for monitoring

and implementing the CCB changes. Ensuring the manufacturing products is

complying with the customer requirements.

. Responsible for technical training to all manufacturing assemblers with

respect to customer requirements.

. Responsible for preparation of SOP for all the product lines, which

explaining tribal knowledge of the product.

Drawings.

. Generating and analyzing the DTM report, results in reducing inventory,

lead time of the product and improving the efficiency.

. Team member in completing SIPOC and to drive to achieve key processes

derived in SIPOC

audits.

. Contract Management-Organizing and Assigning the Works for the contract

employees by empowering and training to meet the EHS compliances.

risk assessments, contract reviews and resource planning.
