Jan 2008 to Aug 2008 Worked as a sr service engineer at DADA Earth Movers.

Sep. 2008 to March2011 working as a Customer Support Engineer with “Tractors India Private Limited” dealing with CATERPILLAR Inc. in Northern / Eastern India & abroad.

April 2011 to July 2012 working with “GMMCO LTD” as a seiner service Engg.

August 2012 to still working with Zahid Tractor and Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd. as a mechanic.

RESPONSIBILITIES In GMMCO & TIPL

Troubleshooting and quick recommissioning of breakdown machine, investigation of root cause of problem, Commissioning of new machine at customer site and educating customer regarding operation and Maintenance of machine.

Educate customers of maintain optimum spare part inventory to maintain machines.

Forwarding the product problem to principals for information and modification of the product for better quality and reliability of equipment.

Working with Caterpillar DBS and SIS system

Warranty administration to settle warranty claims of failure component.

Receiving customer complaint calls & deputation of engineers.

Meet all customer in my territory between three months for supervision of customers problem taken care & solutions are taken out to satisfy customer in possible way.
