Manager of Communications
As the lead for all external communication initiatives, I oversee the
development of both corporate and project specific tactics to effectively
frame the company's objectives, philosophy, capabilities, processes and
expertise. I write and edit content for external use from proposals and
pitches to client deliverables and press releases, playing a critical role
in the design and strategic direction of research and design projects.

Bridgeable (human-centered research, translation and design) and

Senior Managing Writer May 2005 - April 2012
As the senior managing writer in the proposal department of a healthcare
brand consultancy, I reinvented both proposal and marketing content as well
as company wide communications processes. Primarily responsible for
analyzing client needs (via RFP and proactive processes) and designing
strategic and inventive research solutions. Collaborated closely with
senior marketing strategists, directors, anthropologists and ethnographers
to synthesize the various points of view and methods into persuasive
