OBJECTIVE

To work with a progressive company that has a need for a employee with 20 plus years experience in maintenance, millwright and machining along with PLC and electrical repair abilities with a AAS in Industrial Maintenance Technology to maintain maximum run time and process improvements.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

*Del labs Inc. closed their cosmetic and pharmaceutical plant in Farmingdale N.Y. and relocated to Rocky Point N.C. I helped unload, install, and retime the high speed pharmaceutical lines, including the lines being revalidated by the FDA.

This also included training operators, line leaders, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel. I was also involed with installing validating and start up of all new cartoner's and fillers in the pharmaceutical plant.

*DuBose Inc. I installed, refurbised and maintained six 45 ton Bliss punch presses and 17 progressive dies that were bought from a company in Penn. that had been through two bankruptcy's while also maintaining all other equipment in the plant.

*Black & Decker The first six months of my employment I stayed in Hampstead Md. where B&D was in the process of closing a site which consisted of seven plants. I helped install and get the equipment back up and running in Fayetteville N.C. which included training operators and set up employees in the 73mm steel machineing area. I was also heavily involved with getting the plant I.S.O. 9001 certified.
