I have enjoyed over 27 years in the construction industry, most of which has been under the Army Corp of Engineers (ACE) Construction Quality Management System for Government contracts. I offer strong team leadership, production analysis, troubleshooting skills, and a quality product throughout all disciplines from conception to completion. I have been involved with the LEED processes since 2000 and am passionate about Green and sustainable building. I am a perpetual student, constantly continuing my education and keeping myself current with the latest technologies. I have experience instructing construction trades and construction safety under the OSHA Outreach program. • Benham/Boldt, Apr 2006-Oct 2007, Camp Lejeune MCB, NC Construction Quality Control Manager for the Design-Build, LEED Silver certified Reserve Training Center. My main responsibility was to ensure the overall quality of the project, compliance with the Government RFP, Design Team Drawings and Specifications. I reported directly to the Vice President. Value of this project exceeded seven million dollars.

• Harkins Builders Inc., Oct 2004-Jan 2006, Camp Lejeune MCB, NC Construction Quality Control Manager for 161 unit residential project. This was also a Design-Build, Fast Track project guided by Energy Star/Green-built Standards. I managed the quality of this fifty-three acre project through a staff of three QC Managers. Reported directly to the Vice President. Value of this project exceeded twenty-six million dollars.

• C Construction Inc., Apr 2004-Oct 2004, Research Triangle Park, NC Site Manager/Quality Control Manager for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Early Learning Center. This was a Design-Build, LEED Silver certified, Green Built facility. Reported directly to the Vice President. Value of the project exceeded seven million dollars.

• Chianelli Building Corporation, Sept 2000-Feb2003, Camp Lejeune, NC Superintendent/Quality Control Manager for several commercial projects ranging in value from 1.5 to 3.5 million dollars. Reported directly to the Vice President.
