Patient Services Representative - Otto Bock Healthcare Oct 2009 - Present

Currently serving as a patient services representative for Otto Bock Healthcare on site at Vail Valley Medical Center. Responsible for setting up continuous passive motion equipment for new patients. Responsible for implementing alternative work schedules to decrease costs and improve morale. Responsible for communication and coordination with nursing and surgical staff on behalf of patients. Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance. Responsible for processing patient paperwork, including insurance and payment claim while ensuring patient privacy.

Manager, Keystone Bike Park / Keystone Ski Patrol June 1998 - July 2009

Served as Keystone Bike Park manager for over 10 years. Responsible for successfully building Keystone Bike Park from inception to its current status as largest bike park in Colorado. Most recently managed a team of 11 crew. Responsible for all daily operations for Bike Park. Served as liaison to United States Forest Service with regard to park expansion and growth for the park. Created and maintained annual budget for Bike Park. Responsible for all design of bike trails. Served as Customer Relations Expert for Bike Park. Served as primary contact with other Vail Resorts organizations and departments including but not limited to Marketing, Public Relations, Product Sales and Service, Lift Operations, vehicle/equipment maintenance, etc. Proven communications skills with internal management, public and governmental agencies.

Served as senior member of Keystone Ski Patrol with over 15 years experience in the field. Proven ability to respond successfully and calmly to emergency / medical situations. Ability to motivate fellow team members. Periodically responsible for managing Ski Patrol Dispatch. Served as snowmobile trainer for all Keystone Mountain Personnel.
