I took a space soldering training in 2008, and I had a certified.

Title: Electronic Tec. (2007-2013). (My manger was, PhD, John Kopera, 520-***-****). Populate prototype electronic boards and testing procedures until to have a final product. The first step is to prepare components order for the parts that we do not have in stock. Most the components are SMT and put every single part on the correct place. Second, check the specifications and features of each part or group. 3rd, the first group correspond to components that needs preheating board preparation. 4th, Install all the other components except microprocessors and others which have a note. 5th, check the polarity for the components that is required. 6th, when the board is ready, the last step is the final assembly with the recharged batteries.
