Greet all patients by introducing myself upon their arrival to acknowledge their presence and to let them know someone will be with them as soon as possible

Verify physician`s order for correctness, insure that the order is still valid when necessary, and verify eligibility from the insurance company for new supplies

Review patient's medical record prior to their visit to familiarize myself with their history

Provide excellent education for orders CPAP/BiPaps as prescribed by their physician

Help patients identify any new supplies they need at an interval that their insurance will pay, and get correct measurements so that the patient is given the appropriate items

Discharge the patient and schedule follow up appointment if necessary

Document all information from the visit and send it to Nationwide so that it can be placed in the medical record
