Managed and led Game Changer innovation for R&D product development leading to extensive new breakthrough innovation for the franchise. Defined departmental priorities to reflect shifting global company focus on new business development. Coordinated cross-functional activities to effectively transition projects from initiation to fully commercialized products. Prepared and managed external vendors to develop rapid prototypes, allocating resources for innovative process and raw material development for pilot plant trials and commercialization.

Led the integration and execution of a third party product design facility resulting in an outsourced pilot plant replacing the Montreal plant with significant value creation for the business. Built cross-functional team, obtained GMP clearance, developed operational procedures, and coordinated order acceptance through delivery. Achieved annual savings of over $1MM by initiating the availability of a third party vendor as a substitute for the Montreal research Lab closure.

Executed significant process, quality, and turnaround time improvements by establishing GMP qualification protocol of third party vendor by establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), cataloging all tooling for reference in work orders, developing preventative maintenance schedules, and monitoring operator training.

Developed new test methods (M.A.R.A) that simulated menstruation to quantitatively test new and innovative product allowing R&D teams to rapidly evaluate new products and for the business and reduce redundancy in consumer in-vivo tests. New test methodology is currently used to support absorbent product designs.
