I have held CEO, President, VP Sales/Marketing, Executive Director, Senior Management and Partner Level positions for over 28 years overseeing sales and marketing departments and for the last 14 years have owned RainMaker Solutions Ltd., a consulting firm focused on business development and growing revenues for small businesses. RMS Ltd. focused on business development and therefore created, implemented and managed every facet of sales and marketing. I acted as the "in house" Director of the Sales and Marketing functions for my clients and my compensation was mostly incentive based, allowing me to "have skin in the game" with my clients, prospering alongside of their business as we reached new performance levels.
