Career Highlight: Vice President of Project Management 2006-2011

* Tasked with starting the energy Program for all of Oldcastle. We were able to save $4m in the first year and $30m in 5 years.

* Managed projects which included controlling costs, engineering, scheduling, contractors and subs, negotiating and the purchase of land. Acquiring permits, hiring contractors, design of the building and layouts of the machinery, purchasing of all the equipment, and obtaining comprehensive bids.

* Completed projects on time and under budget. Projects included a 40,000 sq. ft. precast manufacturing plant in Lebanon, TN, an additional 20,000 sq. ft. pipe plant, a 35,000 sq. ft. paver plant in Stockton, CA, a 30.000 sq. ft. block plant in Salt Lake City, and a kiln demo and rebuild in Rosenberg, TN.
