Final preparations and touch ups before house is sold, such as changing light bulbs, installing socket covers and hand rails, put down silt fencing, clean up construction waste, install doors and door knobs, and install appliances.

Operate powered equipment, such as zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, push mowers, chipper, snow blowers, chain saws, hedge trimmer, line trimmer, sod cutters, bobcat, wood splitter, thatcher and pruning saws.

Mow or edge lawns, using zero turn mowers, edger and line trimmer.

Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas.

Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, removing thatch, trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, and walls.

Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge trimmers, and axes.

Prune and trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, and chain saws.

Chip tree limbs.

Maintain and repair tools, and equipment.

Mix and spray and spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand and automatic sprayers, spreaders.

Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and residential and commercial property's.
