Comments: A very good place to work but there was not really a niche for my talents.

Comments: This has been an outstanding experience for the simple reason that Vineland Motor Works was a small 60 vehicle Dealership and there is not a lot of support in place as you would find at a "New Car Franchise", so it has enabled me to hone my natural born and developed skills even further by doing and understanding all aspects of a fully functioning Dealership from the most basic of jobs to Management.

Comments: A very good learning experience in every aspect of Web Design & Marketing. Not happy that owner pulled out just as we were getting going.

Reason for Leaving: Company founder past away and the wife had no interest in keeping the doors open. They closed in 2007.

Comments: My Internet sales was the highest volume and grossing sales out of the whole auto mall. Was not the best work environment to do my job considering everything that was going on internally.

Reason for Leaving: Volvo franchise restructure caused my building to merge with another inside the auto mall and I was low man and laid off.

Comments: I went here to kind of start over and lucked out. I was able to work my way up from Salesman to Sales Manager by hard work, listening and learning. While working my way up "the ladder" I spent 2 years as a Finance and Subprime Manager and instead of sitting in the office waiting for something to happen I found new and better finance sources, I also found additional warranty companies that dealt with older and higher mileage vehicles. I also designed a "Bad Credit" Marketing campaign via affordable local media advertising, free online advertising sources and Internet "Piggy backing" that got the Subprime Department up and running. I then became the Sales Manager of the Volvo and Used car building from which we ran the "Subprime Department" as well as all new Volvo sales and Used car sales.

Experience: I handled everything from Used Car Sales, New car Sales, Payroll, Internet Marketing, Finance, Advertising, Inventory Control and overseeing all aspects of this store. I was in charge of an assistant manager, 6 sales people, 2 admin employees, 2 parts employees and 6 service employees!

Reason for Leaving: Sold out to a bigger Company specializing in Health & Fitness.

Comments: A great job and learning experience, I am just sorry they got bought out. I also enjoyed the challenge of spontaneous local fast paced marketing for the attendees and their companies!

Experience: My duties included Expo & Show recruiting, Show Coordinating, Show Hosting, Local Media Promotion and Advertising as well as Setup & Tear down for Health Expos and Shows for major Malls and Walmarts up & down the East Coast.

Reason for Leaving: Admiral Ford closed and they moved a long time employee into my management spot and I wanted to stay in management. Great place to work and no regrets!

Comments: This is where I started in the car business. I was their top grossing and unit Salesman every month for 1997 and 1998. This was during a slump time for Nissan models and in a store where the average Salesman sold 12 units per month I averaged 25 cars per month! In the year 2000 they put me on the Sales desk. I learned and developed my skills even further by understanding that a good manager listens to what their salesman is saying...with insight most objections can be over come. I was also utilized as a trainer for new Salesman coming on the floor and in fact some of the Salesmen I trained are still at Admiral today. After they gave my position to a long time employee from the closed "Admiral Ford" store I decided I wanted to stay in Management and looked elsewhere for a good opportunity. The "Admiral" was a great place to work and the high volume kept me at a pace I enjoy!

Comments: A great one...I started out as base level data entry and moved quickly to design and marketing and in 1996 became design manager. I was more interested in design and marketing than data entry. The tools and knowledge I took from this job was invaluable and still used by me today.
