Over 30 years experience as an active practicing Texas attorney.

Assisted and advised Montgomery County Commissioner(s) Court while

serving as an Assistant Montgomery County Attorney, became Chief of

Civil section during tenure with Montgomery County Attorneys Office.

Litigated hundreds of cases both to the Court and Jury for a

successful conclusion. An experienced trial lawyer, mediator,

advocate and manager.

Special Prosecutor in non-death capital case.
