Division by providing Cost Control Strategies for Governments (States,

Advanced Funding of future healthcare expenses to insuring annual equipment

Rowland is a Director of InsureNet, Inc. and oversees the Company

s national

marketing effort. InsureNet has been designed to identify vehicles that are

not insured. It is estimated that between 18% to 20% of all vehicles driven in

the US are uninsured. Insurance is mandatory in all 50 states. The InsureNet

system is integrated into the Nlets (National Law Enforcement

Telecommunications System) housed in Phoenix, Arizona. Nlets is a joint

s LifeCare Division using

healthcare claims experience provides on-site nurses with this information to

assist employees in improving their health and reducing employer

s health

insurance expenses. The annual savings averages between 4% and 6%. The

Company was sold in 2012

1995-2000

Prior to that he served as Director of National Accounts for Deloitte &

Touche

s ICRS Division headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA where he had direct

responsibility of marketing cost reduction strategies to major clients.

1982-1995

Rowland was Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Utility Training Company

(UTC). UTC was successful in obtaining training contracts for its clients from

the California Employment Training Panel. The training contracts were in the

range of $500,000 to $1 Million each.

1967-1981

Rowland was a founding member of Credit Data Corporation, which

developed the first automated credit reporting system in the country. The

Company was acquired by TRW and Rowland was chosen to be Vice President

and General Manager of TRW Credit Data, the nation

s largest credit reporting

agency. He completed his service with TRW as the Vice President of

Marketing for the $ 600 Million Information Services Division. Experian is the

successor company today.

Rowland is a graduate of Woodbury University, where he earned a bachelors

degree in Business Administration
