Qualifications

Proficient in:

Electrical - 110 and 220 wiring as well as 12 volt wiring.

Welding - Aluminum, Steel, Gas, and Fluxcore.

Generalized Carpentry - including Framing, Roofing, Interior and Exterior remodeling, and the building of

Room Additions.

Drywall - all aspects.

Hydraulics - all aspects.

Painting - Interior and Exterior.

Plumbing - Basic knowledge of all aspects.

Landscaping - Sod Application, Planting and Removal of trees and bushes, and

Generalized Grounds Maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weeding.

Operating Fork-Lifts.

Apartment Maintenance - Repairing and Readying apartments for future occupancy as well as

meeting the repair needs of current renters in a timely, efficient, and polite

manner.

Pay Requirement $ 15.00per hour.

Education

High School Graduate

California Fork-Lift Certification 2003

Nebraska Fork-Lift Certification 2008

Reasons for Leaving Employments:

Christiansen Amusements: Under new management, unsafe working conditions became the 'usual' instead of the

exception.

Source One: Laid off along with over a hundred other employees due to workforce cut-backs.

Cascade Apartments: Several times the Manager simply unlocked and entered my and my family's apartment

at night: sometimes to give me work instructions for the following day, and sometimes because . she had been out partying and forgot where she was. After speaking with her and the owner

twice without any improvement of this situation, I voluntarily terminated my employment.

Christiansen Amusements: Had remarried and desired a job with less traveling.

Katz Remodeling: Joined family business until the company closed in 2002.

Chevron Island: Building was destroyed by a hurricane and the owner, Mike Clarke, decided not to rebuild.

Olympic Storage and U-Haul: Desired a better opportunity for company advancement.

Christiansen Amusements: After ten years, I wanted a job with a more 'normal' routine.
