Partnered with The Sullivan Group/Keller Williams Commercial in 2011- 12 as Director of Marketing. Managed high-end commercial and residential sales, market and new business development, client relationship, team building and training.

Owned and operated a high-end residential company providing custom homes and retro-fits of historical properties. Drove an initial 20% increase in revenues by designing and implementing double degree tracks (B.A./B.F.A.) with multiple components to be completed either locally or internationally. Affiliated the program with institutions in France, the UK and Italy.
