Responsible for the monitoring the network and the timely resolution or escalation of problems to the appropriate engineering disciplines to ensure that network services meet established Service Level Agreements. Identify and evaluate network, IDS/IPS and VPN problems, determine risks, and mitigate their affect. Serve as an escalation point for device outages.
