Tia Mandevill was employed by Ugly’s Bar and Grill in the summer of 2007. Ms. Mandevill was assigned the task of running the gas dock. This job included pumping gas as well as working the cash register. At the end of her day, she was required to tally up the register and be was responsible for the daily deposit. Her daily duties also included waitressing at the Grill. Ms. Mandevill has a very pleasant disposition and is a very professional young lady. I believe my greatest strength is the ability to comprehend and follow directions effectively.

I feel that my biggest weakness is that I am a perfectionist and tend to spend too much time on one thing.

I have always had good experiences with J. C. Penney and I like the clothing lines that you offer.

10. What major problem have you encountered and how did you deal with it.

When I worked at Ugly’s Grill and Bar, I had to deal with people who sometimes had too much to drink and were rather rowdy. I handled this by not engaging them in an argumentative way. I joked with them and that was sufficient to calm them down.
