Collaborated with a team to dismantle the old machine and generated a new design with corresponding schematics as well as crafted new tools for the project. Worked with a team to build a pneumatic/hydraulic punch machine using the frame from an old machine at Kamus Muffler Works Limited.

PART ANALYSISDissected and analysed vehicle exhausts from older models at Kamus Muffler Works Limited and determined how to duplicate the part for new vehicles. Determined which aspects can be duplicated and still worked in the new vehicle model and redesigned the remainder of the part.
